1. Cancellation & Refund Policy

For all Online sessions

  • Please keep in mind there is a no-refund policy once a payment has been made.
  • I will do my best to reschedule you if you cannot attend, alternatively you can offer the session to a friend or family member.

For all In-person sessions

  • Clients can reschedule an appointment anytime, if they provide 24 hours’ notice.
  • If you miss an appointment or cancel within 1 business day, you will be charged the full cost of the appointment.

In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, extraordinary circumstances will be considered.

If I need to cancel an appointment I will do my best to notify you within 24 hours and to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.

2. Privacy & Confidentiality

Isha Bae subscribes to the IICT’s (International Institute for Complementary Therapists) professional code of ethics. She is committed to the absolute welfare of her clients and to the preservation of their human rights of autonomy, and self-determination. In order to ensure propriety and integrity towards a high standard of practice we agree to the following:

  • To be treated in a non-judgmental way, with sensitivity, respect, and dignity
  • To be treated in a safe, non-threatening environment
  • To know what records are being kept about you
  • To expect Privacy and Confidentiality. Any notes taken will be kept secure to preserve client privacy, other than the special circumstances outlined below, no information may be released to others without the written consent from you or your guardian.

These special circumstances include the following:
1. Failing to disclose the information would place you or another person in serious or imminent risk.

2. Where a court orders the release of client information for legal purposes.

3. Your prior approval has been obtained to provide a written report to another agency (eg: GP, Lawyer) or discuss the material with another person eg: parent, employer, teacher, or carer.

As a way of ensuring you are receiving the best possible service, at times I may consult with an external supervisor. The purpose of this is to ensure the best care for clients. Professional rules of confidentiality and propriety govern this process.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Website without our prior written consent.

4. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on the Website. It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly. Your continued use of the Website and Services following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
